Comfortable beds made a big difference for me as a business traveler. The room was clean and up to date, and the AC, bath, and TV all worked. The hotel felt safe and was easy to reach, with plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. I stay at many Midwest locations through the year as an IHG member, and this Holiday Inn Express was a great experience. The staff were great to deal with, especially Paige, who made things easy.

Paige at the front desk made us feel welcome right away with her smile, helpfulness, and polite manner. My husband and I stayed a couple of nights, and we were impressed by how neat and clean everything was. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Ashley Pike and Amber Krieg did a lovely job running breakfast, keeping the food fresh and making the room feel pleasant. The beds were comfortable, the rooms spacious, and breakfast was wonderful. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. A delightful stay!

Breakfast service was handled especially well by Ashley Pike and Amber Krieg, who were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and everything moved along quickly. I had a very satisfying stay, with staff who were nice throughout.

After a 3.5-hour drive with my four little kids, I got to the desk and learned they'd given away the room I had booked online and had a confirmation number for. Staff said they couldn't call or email because my contact information hadn't been left online when I made the booking. I had to leave and look for somewhere else, then about 30 minutes later they called to offer a cancellation. I don't understand how they reached me if they didn't have my number, but with nowhere else available, I accepted. My reserved room had two queen beds and a pullout couch, enough space for all of us. Instead, we got a smaller room with one queen bed that we all had to share, for the same price. No discount, no apology. That's ridiculous. I will never come back.
