The room was so small, dirty, and strongly smelled bad. After I took off the blanket, I found bedbugs. I felt unsafe and had to sleep on the sofa. I checked out a day early. I arrived around 6 AM after an 11-hour drive, expecting check-in to be straightforward, but Cody at the front desk took over an hour. When I politely asked what was taking so long, he dismissed me and said he could cancel my reservation if I didn’t want to wait. Then he got rude and unprofessional and started cursing. That’s unacceptable in a hospitality setting. I reported the whole situation to the front desk manager, who told me to email upper management. I did, but nobody ever responded. The lack of follow-up and accountability was as disappointing as what happened at check-in. This was supposed to be an easy two-night stay at a Marriott property, but it turned into a frustrating, unacceptable experience. I can’t believe a property with the Marriott name allows such staff behavior, poor cleanliness, and disregard for guest concerns. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room was clean and functional, and the price was competitive. It’s in a safe, convenient central spot, with lots of restaurants nearby and a Lidl grocery store across the street. Still, this wasn’t what I usually expect from a Marriott. The rooms need updating, and everything in the bathrooms had rust or moisture damage. They should invest in a refresh.

Diamond at the front desk made our day feel special. Her name sparkles, and so does her personality. The hotel was really clean, and we liked having the breakfast area and coffee available around the clock. Great service and the hotel was in excellent condition. Groceries and restaurants are just steps away, too.

Ms. Vicky was wonderful from the moment I came through the door, greeting me with a smile. She was exceptionally polite, welcoming, and professional, and followed up soon after check-in to make sure our room was perfect. She’s truly amazing. Keep up the outstanding customer service!

The staff were friendly, but they were very loud and didn’t seem professional in how they worked. The front desk was okay. I took the sign off my door for daily cleaning, yet they only replaced the towels, left the bed alone, and didn’t take the garbage. The rooms are very small and old, the carpets are worn out, and the place is due for renovation and maintenance. I had to switch rooms because mine smelled like dog urine. There wasn’t a quiet corner for even a short phone call, so this definitely isn’t suitable for a business trip. First and last time here.
