Alethea was welcoming and communicated well. We've stayed here a few times and really enjoyed it each time. The front desk was professional and courteous about holding a package delivered for me. Rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds comfortable. We'll return when we're back in Virginia.

Breakfast was busy, as it tends to be early in the morning, but there was plenty of room for our family to sit together. My granddaughter especially liked the spinach eggs and waffles. The rooms were super clean and had everything needed for cooking, including a full-size fridge, though we didn't cook. We were in town because the hotel was close to the events for my sister's funeral. The check-in was superb: our family arrived together, and the young woman went through the list and checked in all four groups in ten minutes. She was personable and explained the hotel and its hours. The four rooms were across from or beside one another, which made things convenient. Usually when we travel together, we're on the same floor but far apart even when we ask. This was the best family trip stay we've had.

Britt and Jennady at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating with everyone coming through the lobby. They answered all my questions about the area and quickly sorted out a small problem with the travel group that booked the trip. Great customer service is hard to find, and I enjoyed staying here. The rooms were very clean, the hallways smelled great, and I'd stay again. It's about 15 minutes from downtown Richmond.

We had to find a room in a hurry after discovering, yes, roaches and bed bugs at the Airbnb we'd booked. This building is brand new and looks fantastic. Inside, it's colorful and welcoming, with a clinical level of cleanliness that doesn't feel cold. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Ebony, she's a gem. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathrooms are among the best I've seen in a non-luxury hotel brand. Thankfully, there wasn't a hint of insects anywhere. I can say without hesitation that it's fantastic. The only small downside was no on-site EV charging, which would've helped.
