The violent outbursts and loud screaming from other guests made the stay feel very unsafe. The parking lot was dirty, and the lobby felt like a set and employee storage area. Guests can only enter a small closet-like space and talk to staff through a window and microphone. The photos are misleading. The pool was closed for the season, so I can't judge it. I only felt safe enough to use the ice machine once, just before we left, with my husband standing right there watching. Our room wasn't properly equipped. The requested fridge and microwave were missing, and my husband killed a roach within five minutes of arriving. I called the front desk to ask for those items and another pillow since the bed for two had only three flat pillows. The woman said we'd have to switch rooms if one was available and pay extra. I said no and asked just for a pillow; she said there weren't any and hung up. The front desk woman had been rude and curt at check-in. The PTAC was propped up with a 2x4, which is a clear OSHA violation, and the bed was basically a mattress on metal. By morning, the old, worn sheets had a rip. The toilet paper roll was three-quarters used, with one roll left, which we used sparingly after the pillow response. Unsafe, dirty, rude, and not worth the trouble. I urge everyone to stay away.

At least one of the big mirrors has a camera. The bathtub was filthy, and I found a cockroach in the room. The blankets had bleach stains and several small holes. You get what you pay for, so spend more and find a better place.

The housekeepers were rude, knocking repeatedly even after we had confirmed checkout time. One of them tried to enter the room. The front desk women were also rude and unprofessional. Room amenities were missing or didn't work. It's also an inconvenient policy that you can't book another night while in your room. You have to check out first, then wait until 3 pm to check in again.

Ms.Nikki, the 7:00am-3:00pm front desk clerk, heard me when I reported that the thermostat had gone out and sent someone immediately. The manager himself came and repaired it. When the front desk shows that they care about guests, it makes a stay AWESOME. I wish to thank and praise God for MS. NIKKI. The MANAGER is my hero. Amen, and God bless.
