Best Western Catalina Inn

We left a day early and moved somewhere better. Although the location is convenient, the place is run down and has very few conveniences. There were only a few guests, but we could hear everything from nearby rooms. Cleanliness was questionable, and the breakfast choices looked like they’d been sitting out for a while.

The staff were really kind, friendly, and helpful. My room was clean and alright, but the phone and one light didn’t work, and the main bedroom light was pretty dim. The location worked for me because I only needed to be near the marathon pickup point. Otherwise, expect to drive or use Uber to get anywhere. It’s literally on the highway, and I had to get a ride just to cross the street.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the morning breakfast was decent for getting the day started. I’d stay here again.

The new owner, under new management, has been extremely accommodating and super helpful. They made our stay absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!
