Extend A Suites

No stars. The place smelled like an ashtray even though smoking supposedly isn’t allowed on the property. Water failed for about half of the three days I was there, there was no hot water, cable was out for a day, and the Wi-Fi wouldn’t reach my room. I cleaned the floor myself with floor cleaner and their towels, and the towels came away black. I left the place smelling better than when I arrived. They also kept my $50 deposit. The front desk girl even asked me to post a good review. Worst hotel in Tucson, ever.

The price was wonderful, and the staff really cared. They went out of their way to get me a room I was happy with. It was clean, with fresh sheets, a TV, microwave, fridge, desk for working, dresser, and nice linens. It’s not a five-star hotel, but I’d definitely stay again. Thanks to the staff for caring.

Evelyn and Bianca at reception were so helpful, kind, and accommodating. Their integrity and attitude made my stay enjoyable, and the good price helped too. If I need an extended stay in Tucson again, I’d book here. The rooms were clean, smelled nice, and seemed accommodating at first glance. For a longer stay, though, it was missing some useful basics: there was no hot plate or cooking space, and nowhere to wash dishes properly. Hotel quality has gone down a lot lately, while average prices seem to have stayed the same. This place was still above satisfactory. I’d give it a better rating if I could.

I’ve been here for six months, and it’s one of the better hotels around. Bianca at the front office is the best, really friendly and willing to work with you within the limits of her job. My little one loves the fairly sized pool, and the rooms are a decent size too. The neighborhood is a hot area of town, but the motel itself is quiet. Prices are reasonable for daily, weekly, or monthly stays. After you’ve been here a while, maybe around three months, though I’m not sure, the rent goes down. You also don’t pay city or state taxes like at any hotel. Love it.
