Dear Management, I’m requesting a thorough investigation and a formal response explaining what you find and what steps will be taken to prevent a similar incident. Please also clarify that the manager identified herself as Suzanne LeAnna. My concern is an interaction at Flamingo Suites with an employee I understood to be Suzanne Leanne. I had a simple question about returning my room keys, but the exchange became circular and frustrating. She gave conflicting accounts of how I had turned them in, and each time I asked for clarification, the explanation changed. It seemed to me that details were being made up instead of the situation being addressed openly. Her manner was dismissive and rude, and I left feeling disrespected and unfairly treated. I’m also concerned that bias may have affected how she treated me. The hostility felt well beyond an ordinary customer service lapse. Guests should be treated with professionalism, honesty, and respect. This experience fell far short, and I’m extremely dissatisfied. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to a prompt reply.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and having a kitchen was a nice bonus. The manager really stood out for great service and class. I didn’t get to use the pool much, so I’d like to do that next time. The service felt five-star, and I’d definitely recommend the place.

Quiet, affordable, and very clean, with really nice, accommodating staff. It’s a bit dated, but the extended-stay appliances are handy. We’re in between moves, and it’s been just right for that. I’d come back if we need a place again.

My car broke down, and I was crying when the owner, an elderly woman, called the police on me. I was 19 and it was my first car, and I felt she treated me inhumanely and disrespectfully. I think she’s a sick individual. I wouldn’t give money to someone who treats other people that way, and I don’t think anyone should support someone who calls the police on a young girl whose car has broken down for the first time.

The prices are great, and the location is in a nice area. We got wonderful service, absolutely top notch. It’s a comfortable place, too, and the landscaping looks great. A really good stay.
