My Place Hotel-Tucson South AZ

It's March 5, 2026, 9:41 pm, and I'm fed up. I've been here nearly two months and have had to go back to the front desk more than 20 times because my key card won't open my door. It only happens when this woman is working. I believe she's deliberately unlinking my card because I reported her. She's always had an attitude, and tonight she was very disrespectful. Management needs to talk to her. I'll be calling corporate tomorrow. Enough is enough. She's shady, rude, and disrespectful.

The rooms we were first given had stained linens and dirty toilets, so we had to move. It makes me wonder if the hotel industry is short on workers. Stephanie handled all our issues with respect and efficiency, and the service was great. The building is nice and recently renovated, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the AC worked well. It's a quiet location, close to restaurants and with easy access to Tucson and Kitt Peak Observatory.

Our entire prepaid reservation was canceled and we got no refund. The desk clerk was rude and confrontational and offered no solution. There wasn't even a manager or supervisor available to speak with. That's plain theft. Definitely avoid this place.

My dog ate some meth off the floor, so we rushed her to the vet. Corporate denied our request to refund both the room and the vet bill. We'll never come back. Be careful if you're staying there with pets or kids.
