My south-facing apartment had the best residential view in the city, and watching monsoons move across the city was a highlight. Julia, the property manager, and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I didn’t have many issues, but the couple that came up were dealt with promptly and professionally. I loved my time at Herbert. If I weren’t leaving the country, I’d definitely stay there long term. Thank you all!

He’s wonderful at making people feel at home and helping with whatever we need. We truly value him, and hope he knows how much the community appreciates him.

I’ve been keeping an eye on this location and building ever since I moved back to Tucson. Georgia and Kirsten were amazing, and I was moved in within a week of applying. I got a great parking spot that I can see from my eighth-floor apartment. The neighborhood is gorgeous, and I can walk to Armory Park, Johnny Gibson’s Grocers, St. Augustine Cathedral, bars, and restaurants. This downtown isn’t the same place I left 20 years ago when I moved to Phoenix. Thanks, Herbert Residential. I loved the welcome snacks, too!
