The units are small, probably best for two people long term, though a few more could manage short term. I haven't seen any roaches, and management has been very nice lately. I've had no issues or anything negative to say. The woman at the front is sweet and amazing, and they address my concerns promptly. When I've had an issue, I just talk with them, and they find a way to work with me and my family. I really appreciate this place. It has been my only lifeline, and the staff have helped me feel I can provide for my family. I want to thank everyone here. Merry Christmas and happy holidays! The manager has a job to do like everyone else, and I think he does a good job keeping his feelings separate from business. If there are negative reviews, that's probably why.

I had a satisfactory month here as part of a cross-country move. It's clean, well run, and in a good location, and there's an elevator. The kitchen has a good-sized refrigerator, not a little motel one, plus a two-burner cooktop and a full-size microwave with a vent fan above. You need to bring your own towels and Queen bed linens, and you're responsible for housekeeping. A shower curtain is provided. A trip to a nearby Walmart or Dollar General should get you set up. I'd recommend staying here.

I've had a great couple of months living here. I moved to Tucson for a new job last month, and the property is very convenient to work. Mike the manager and the whole staff have been amazing. The rooms are nice and the grounds are clean. I'd stay here again and recommend it for either a short or long stay.

Mike in the office has been honest and transparent with us, and really attentive to me and my fiance. He remembers what we tell him about our lives, including my job interviews, and asks how they went. That personal attention makes the place much more comfortable and easier to settle into. I even felt comfortable letting my fiance walk the dogs by herself, which I hadn't been able to do before. We've been here almost two weeks, and this has been the most comfortable and amazing couple of weeks I've spent in a hotel. It's quiet, we can sleep well, and my dogs have been calm too. I've even slept in several days. It doesn't feel like a hotel, and this is definitely the best place we could have been.
