The price is great, and the other guests we met were friendly and nice, but the surroundings and hallways really put me off. The area feels very ghetto, there isn't much close by, and the hallways stink. The walls are thin, and there are definitely some creeps around. The rooms aren't special, and there's no kitchen. Since this place is an "apartment" now, I'd at least expect a maid to bring towels or take out the garbage sometimes. It's so different from a regular studio.

It's a spot, I guess, but the rooms are crusty and ghetto. They're furnished, though you probably won't want any of the stuff in there. There's not much nearby besides an expensive gas station about a mile away.
