The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and I like the apartment feel combined with hotel accommodations. Having a stove and a regular-size fridge is great. It's well suited to weekly or even monthly stays. I'd definitely stay again if I needed to, and would recommend it to anyone.

My wife, who is seven and a half months pregnant, and I had been staying here for two months, and at first the stay was amazing. Then the manager brought up what I felt were shady business practices. My paycheck had a payroll error: $700 was deducted instead of $70. I was five days away from my next paycheck and asked if I could pay late fees. She said she wouldn't work with us and that on the day payment was missed she'd immediately file a theft-of-services charge. I believe that violates Kentucky tenancy laws. I recorded the conversation and am sending the clip to her superiors and the Better Business Bureau.

The place was very clean, and the staff were really nice. The front desk woman was wonderful. I believe her name was Ms.Tina, and she went above and beyond to help us. She was a real blessing for the place. Thank you, MS Tina. This was definitely a five-star stay for me.

I'm kind of sad my stay is over. Tina, Wayne, and the rest of the staff made me feel so at home, and I'm seriously going to miss them. Tina and Wayne always greeted me with a smile, even when they might not have felt like it, and were ready to help with anything I needed. Wayne always had a few jokes for me, too. After a couple of months here, they made a difficult time much easier and turned it into a great memory. My previous hotel, candle wood suites, was absolutely horrible, so being welcomed with smiles and good attitudes was a real relief. I stayed here for a couple of months and never saw a roach anywhere, inside or outside, and trust me, I looked! Thanks for everything, Tina, Wayne, and the rest of the staff at extended stay. I'll be back, so don't go anywhere.
