Getting here was simple, just off Highway 99, and breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty to choose from: eggs, bacon, potatoes, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee, and a waffle maker for making your own waffles. We were there for one night over Thanksgiving. The staff were warm and helpful, and since we're older and stairs with a suitcase are difficult, they put us in an accessible room. There’s no elevator at this lodge. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The dining room was roomy and clean. The woman there wasn’t especially friendly, but she kept the food stocked well. The young woman at the front desk was great and very helpful. Housekeeping was so loud it sounded like construction next door and in the hallway. There was banging on the walls and vacuuming right outside our room before 8 a.m.

I liked the comfortable bed, pillows, and chair at the computer desk, plus the lights had 12V phone chargers. Breakfast was great, too. I didn’t try the pool this time, but I’ll check it out next visit. I normally stay at Extended Stay America, but tried Best Western for the breakfast and was pleased with everything. I travel out here for work and will probably sign up for rewards and stay here each time. No complaints.

The front desk associate who checked us in was especially welcoming, friendly, and helpful. She made the arrival feel easy and comfortable. We chose this Best Western in Tulare for a family trip to Sequoia National Park. It was affordable and comfortable, and the drive to the park was manageable. Being in a quieter area was nice to come back to, and Tulare had restaurants and other amenities nearby. For the price, service, and location, it worked well for our family as a base for exploring the area.

The staff were chatty and nice, and the room was clean, though smaller than I’m used to. I had trouble with the bathroom door handle because it worked differently from a regular sliding door. Otherwise, it’s a decent hotel, and ChatGPT recommended it! 😄
