Hampton Inn Tullahoma

The rooms, lobby, and common areas were clean, updated, and quite nice. But I like being able to get help if I need it, and I couldn’t find anyone at the desk during any of my visits. I checked in at 3am and waited a few minutes, then came back at 11am, 1pm, 2:30, and 7pm, and again the next morning at 10am. No one was there each time. I wanted to ask about my Diamond Member perks, but couldn’t justify waiting around when I had no idea if anyone would show up. As much as I liked the rooms, I won’t stay somewhere I can’t reach staff.

The staff made a great impression, smiling and being friendly whether we needed something or were just passing by. Our room was clean, comfortable, and roomy, and we enjoyed the free breakfast both mornings. We didn’t get in the pool this time, but it looked clean and inviting. My family and I spent two nights at the Hampton Inn in Tullahoma while passing through, and we’d stay here again if we’re in the area.

A comfortable place to rest, with plenty of compliments all around. I’m planning to stay again later this year, if the Lord is willing.

There’s potential here, but it needs someone to put real care into the details. My rating has dropped every time I’ve stayed this year, and I’ve been back multiple times. The pool has only been open once across all those visits. The Waffle House next door is within walking distance, and honestly that’s the only reason I’ve kept choosing this place. The owner keeps replying to reviews that they’re looking into the problems, but I haven’t seen follow-up or anything actually get fixed. This place disgusts me, and it feels like nobody cares about it.
