Courtyard by Marriott Tulsa Woodland Hills

We come to the Courtyard Tulsa Woodland Hills once a month for business, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The part we look forward to most, though, is seeing Sia at the front desk. She remembers our names, is consistently kind and thoughtful, and makes check-in easy every time. I've stayed in hotels all over the world, including five-star resorts, and I honestly haven't had better service than what Sia gives us. People like her are rare, and she deserves recognition.

The food at the bar is fantastic, and the guest service is just as good. Everyone is warm and genuine, and the front desk staff, particularly Asian, are absolutely amazing. The rooms are spotless every time. I can't think of a single criticism because everything has been perfect on each visit. My husband comes here for work about twice a month, and I try to join him at least monthly. It really feels like our home away from home, and we're always happy to be here.

Being right by the mall makes shopping and finding different places to eat easy. The staff are friendly, and the Courtyard is very clean, with large rooms and a balcony that's a real plus. Check-in took longer than expected because there was a big line. The other drawback is the food and drink service: as with other Courtyards, one person is left to prepare and serve everything. They need two people to handle guests properly.

This isn't my favorite part of Tulsa, but the location works well for shoppers and people who like popular spots such as BJs and Cheesecake Factory. I've stayed here many times since it opened, and the experience has been consistently solid. The rooms are quite clean, the staff are good, and the food is what you'd expect at a Courtyard. Sia at the front desk deserves a special mention for representing the Marriott brand so well.
