Check-in went smoothly and the staff were polite. The rest of the stay was fine, but I found several hairs in the shower and a large hairball by the dining table. As a Diamond member, I’m used to more consistent cleanliness at Home2 properties, so the room should have had a more thorough inspection before I arrived. I was here Dec 5-6 during a military move and picked Hilton because I generally trust the brand. I sent an email through Hilton’s “Stay Feedback” tool to seek a resolution. I hope this helps them improve their quality control.

As a solo traveler, I felt safe here, and I’ll keep Home2 on my list for trips between NJ and Florida. I originally tried to book the Hampton Inn as a rewards member, but they were full and sent me to this sister hotel. Toya, the young woman at check-in, was kind, professional, and helpful. Check-in was quick, and my questions were answered. The room was very clean and comfortable. A gentleman at the desk was patient with my concerns and checked out a safety issue I mentioned in the room. Thanks, Home2. I recommend it.

A small thing: the coffee wasn’t bold enough for me, and I would’ve liked a stronger option. Breakfast was a basic continental one. Still, I’d definitely stay again. The hotel is especially new, with friendly staff and spotless rooms and public spaces. There’s plenty of parking, and being right off I-95 is very convenient.

Opened in 2025, this is a clean new hotel tucked off I-95. The suites are large, and it didn’t cost much more than the Hampton Inn next door. Service was excellent, with lots of food choices and gas stations nearby.

Much better than the Hampton Inn. When they messed up my reservation, the staff here helped me with the problem several times and let me check in early. They really know their stuff.
