I've been living here since late November 2025, about 3 months now, and things have been good so far. Tasha at the front desk is always sweet and helpful, even when I ask dumb questions, and she gets things taken care of quickly. Francisco from maintenance is kind, respectful, and helpful. I haven't met the rest of the staff yet, but my experience has been great.

Kellie was friendly and helpful when checking me in, but the rest of this AirBNB stay was very disappointing for a 2 BR 2 Bath unit. There was nowhere to work, just an uncomfortable solid wood high top, and the living area had only a 2seater. Neither bathroom opened directly into a bedroom, so you had to leave the bedroom to get to one. Towels in one bathroom had been used and rehung dirty, there was a wet used rag in the shower, and some towels had holes. A sheet had a tear and the pillows were stained. The coffee machine had no sugar, and they said there wasn't any on the property. The building creaked and popped day and night, waking me up scared. The doors need WD40, one bathroom light was out, and the AC thermostat blinked that the filter needed changing. The filter looked visibly dirty, and it seemed like no maintenance was being done. The walls were so thin I could hear the neighbor sneeze and talk. Someone opening the next unit's door in the middle of the night sounded like my bedroom door was opening. The next morning, the housekeeper entered my room without knocking or announcing herself, despite my booking several nights. There was no sign showing where to enter. The leasing office looked unattended and unwelcoming, with a loud TV, and the leasing person's desk was around the corner, out of sight when you entered and waited at the counter. This property wasn't up to my standards. I wouldn't book there again, let alone rent there.

I've only been at Reese Tower Apartments for a week, but I'm already happy to call it home. This move came up unexpectedly, and the leasing team made the whole transition smooth and low stress from the start. Management and maintenance are welcoming, responsive, and seem to care about residents. They got me what I needed quickly, and the apartments are genuinely pet friendly. My dogs are settling in well. The unit was spotless when I moved in, the layout works great, the amenities are top notch, and the views of Tulsa are fantastic. It's also conveniently located for getting around and running errands. If the rest of my time here is like this first week, I made the right choice. I'd recommend Reese Tower to anyone looking for a welcoming, high quality place to live in Tulsa.

After relocating from Atlanta, I toured this place first. Stephen did a great job showing me the units and answering questions. The apartments are gorgeous and affordable, and Jacob, the office manager, worked with me on move-in costs and went above and beyond with my many requests while I settled in. I've never lived somewhere so awesome. Eight months later, my view has completely changed. Jacob has been replaced by Samantha, who comes across as rude, immature, and condescending despite trying to act professional. She doesn't seem experienced enough to run the office, and Jacob was 1000 times better. The pool is barely underway, and there's still no coffee bar or secure parking, despite those amenities being advertised. The building doesn't enforce handicap parking. I have a disability and have to compete for those spots with able-bodied 20 year olds. The lobby usually smells of weed after hours. The AC and heat system breaks down every other week, and maintenance has to fix it. The elevators flooded a few weeks ago and flooded the lobby as well. The all-in-one washer dryer units only hold 1/2 a load and literally take 6 hours for a full cycle. I've also heard from a neighbor that his renewal will raise his rent by $200, so he's leaving. The current rent isn't worth it, much less that increase. The owner replied to my review, so to be clear, this isn't a personal attack if it's factual. Samantha's behavior has been extremely unprofessional and antagonistic in my experience, whatever face she shows management. Maintenance is actually pretty awesome and responds quickly, despite what they have to work with. But a building with black mold under shiny painted surfaces and systems falling apart leaves them only so much they can do. Multiple tenants have complained about the handicap parking, before and after Jacob, but Jacob was the only one who ever sent an email about it, and that was once. Nothing has been enforced. The amenities shouldn't be advertised when they aren't available and haven't been available during my 8 months here.

I withdrew my application after a full day of confusing back and forth. I was originally told I could move in with a $400 deposit and get one full month of rent credited and split over the lease term. That credit never came through, and no one mentioned a holding fee until I'd finished applying. Then I was told it was $200, and when I questioned it, they said I was wrong. The apartment I wanted was given to someone else, though later I was told it had become available again. When I logged in to pay, the deposit had changed to $1,499 after I'd repeatedly been told it was $400. That was the last straw, and it wasn't worth dealing with more miscommunication. Management needs serious training. They don't communicate consistently, acknowledge their own mistakes, or handle errors without blaming applicants. I asked to speak with a regional manager, but was told the company is “too small” and that there was no one above the property manager. It was a very disappointing, unprofessional experience. I have text messages as proof, though I wasn't sure if I could post them.
