A nice place to live, with quiet tenants and pets allowed under certain restrictions. There are mailboxes and ocean views, plus a pool and tennis court, though both are currently being repaired after the typhoon.

I stayed in a unit owned by Guam Yamanoi and had a great experience living there. It's a quiet area, but still close enough to everything going on in Tamuning. Nick and Iryll took good care of me and handled apartment issues, including the problems that came up after Typhoon Mawar. I'd definitely recommend it for a longer stay in Guam.

I stayed at Pia Marine while working on a consulting project and really liked the building and my apartment. The landlord was kind, responsive, and on-site every day. I'd live here again without a doubt.

There was a familiar smell, and at first I thought it was a cleaning product. Then I noticed what looked like black mold covering the outside of the whole building. I'm hoping there isn't actually black mold embedded in the furnishings and plumbing, because the apartment seemed totally maintained during covid. The metal had quite a bit of rust and corrosion, too. Glad to be leaving.
