The infinity pool overlooking Tumon Bay was breathtaking, and the dining had good variety and high-quality food. I also loved the stunning ocean views throughout my stay at The Tsubaki Tower. The rooms were modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean, with thoughtful touches that made them comfortable. The hotel felt peaceful and elegant, a relaxing setting for a vacation. Service was outstanding from beginning to end. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend The Tsubaki Tower to anyone looking for comfort, beauty, and excellent hospitality in Guam.

My kids love falling asleep in a comfortable bed while looking out at the ocean and pretty clouds. It feels like a little vacation every time. The fountain show stays beautiful no matter how many times we watch it, and the staff are always kind and helpful. Tsubaki Hotel is one of the best-value hotels in Guam for us, and we'll keep coming back.

We spent a lot of time in the club lounge since we were traveling with our 11-month-old son. The lounge staff were so warm with him and always greeted him with smiles. A special thanks to Elliott and Rhea for making the stay extra special. We hope to see you both again someday! My partner and I are in our mid-30s, and we stayed in a Junior Suite on the 20th floor at The Tsubaki Tower. Everything pleased us, from the lobby and room condition to the facilities, food, pool, view, and service. Nothing disappointed us. For a Guam trip with a young baby, we'd say The Tsubaki Tower with club lounge access is a fantastic option.

The service didn't feel up to the price or the five-star rating. Our room key failed after check-in, and it took a while to sort out. We also checked that a dish wasn't spicy, but it arrived too spicy to eat. We bought a cake from the hotel shop to have in our room, but there was just one plate. When we called the front desk, they kept us waiting and then said extra plates would cost more, which surprised us at a five-star hotel. We were also there for a birthday, but nobody acknowledged it. I expected better.

My husband and I had a beautiful, fun stay. The breakfast was spectacular, and the room made things feel romantic and playful, with pillow fights and all. A fun little adventure!
