The Club Lounge was a real highlight. Its complimentary breakfast and light dinner for eligible Bonvoy Members were much better than I expected, both in quality and variety. I didn't get a chance to try the downstairs restaurant or beach service because I was busy, but after the rest of my stay, I feel sure they'd be just as good. Thanks as well to Westin General Manager Abner Acosta for the warm welcome card. It meant a lot. I had a very pleasant five-day visit at the Guam Westin Resort and only wish I could've stayed longer. The beach is right beside the hotel, with a stunning ocean view, and the location is convenient, with coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores all within walking distance. The service was excellent throughout, and the staff were consistently warm and smiling. Special thanks to Ella Jeony and Francis on the Front Desk team, and Sherwin from the Concierge Team, for making my stay more enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommended!

The staff were fantastic, and the hotel was clean, nicely located, and had a stunning sea view from my room. I loved the beach accessible from the hotel, a great place to snorkel or just relax. Breakfast and the lounge had decent quality food and a decent selection. Highly recommended.

The location is good, but the rooms are very average, and only the top ones have been renovated. They were all really loud, and getting service was difficult. I'm Marriott's top status and had upgrade awards, but they never got back to me and didn't upgrade us. The free breakfast and dinner upstairs were always running low, and when I asked for refills, the staff acted like I was rude.

Service away from the front desk was great, but check-in was slow, over 40 minutes around 3 pm, and the staff seemed snooty and unfriendly. Maybe it was just a bad day. Our room wasn't ready, so they tried to upgrade us, but we needed four sleeping spots and had to wait. They made it feel like that was our fault. The key cards stopped working too, and when we had them redone, we were met with more unfriendly service. The included breakfast was downgraded from last year, when it was a buffet at Taste. Now it's just a small continental breakfast. The AC in our room wasn't working well, and the poor service made us decide not to ask for another room. We stayed for a free night, but it wasn't a great experience. I'd book at the Hyatt instead for better value.

We spent four nights at the Westin Guam in early December with our family. The location and staff were great, but the room was dated and badly in need of an upgrade. On the first night, we found a broken lower corner in the shower glass, which caused water to flood the bathroom and toilet floor after showering. I spoke with FrancisBen at reception, though I'm not sure I got his name right. He was extremely helpful and immediately arranged another suite for us. I appreciated that, especially with two children to look after. I hope senior management recognizes his work appropriately.
