One window nearly came down on me when I tried to open it for some fresh air. The beds were comfortable, though a bit low, so I had to roll out of bed 😆. Still, it was a nice stay.

The receptionists were friendly and knew a lot about the black oak resort. The hotel is amazing, and the food was wonderful. I had a great experience.

The pool bar has adapted really well. They serve simple food now, like hot dogs, pizza, and pretzels, and it was all good. The servers Andrea, Monica, Kylie, and, ugh, Noah. Just kidding. Service is always #1. I don't want more people finding the place, but it's the people who make it good 🙂😉

Peaceful stay. The rooms are clean, but the toilets are very low, the beds are low too, and the hot water isn't steady. It is kinda spendy.

There’s a lot for the whole family to do here, from the HUGE casino and bowling alley to the kids arcarde, jump park, RV park, and more. At the pool there are two nice, fully stocked bars, plus a beautiful new area with pools and activities for adults and children. The hotel is already spacious and beautiful, and it's expanding with almost 50 more rooms. The beds are so comfortable you might think about extending your stay. The staff and amenities made my family and me feel spoiled, with top class service and kindness from housekeeping, the front desk, bellhops, and management. What a treat, y’all! It's clean and new, and since I don't live too far away, I'll be back over and over. Come get spoiled at The Hotel at Black Oak Casino.
