Best Western Plus Tupelo Inn & Suites

The pool was too cold for us to use, which was disappointing since we chose the hotel specifically for its indoor pool. Still, I can't say enough good things about the service. The breakfast was fantastic and well staffed. When our van began shuddering as we left for our destination, we ended up back at the hotel four hours later. They offered us a good rate and helped look for a local mechanic. We took the van across the street to Firestone, and it was running again the next day, after another delicious breakfast. Five stars for the service, but please turn up the pool heat.

Marlena was so kind at check-in and made sure we had what we needed. Mae was just as sweet at breakfast and made sure we got omelettes and waffles. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and highly recommend the hotel.

Customer service matters a lot to me, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and well cared for. Breakfast had a good range of the usual hotel food. The heated pool is great for kids in winter, and there are lots of places to eat nearby, so the location works well.

We found a lot of service for the price, and the rooms were very clean. The front desk team is amazing and goes above and beyond. Guests seemed cheerful, and I overheard several say they'd been coming back for years. The place also feels very family oriented. Tupelo has a hidden gem here, and Best Western Plus Tupelo has made a repeat customer out of me.
