After driving 750 miles from Florida, my daughter and I were exhausted on Sunday October 26, on our way to St. Louis. Malaya at the front desk was so friendly, sweet, and efficient, and our room was very clean, comfortable, and looked nice. The beds were comfy, and the fridge had space for our cooler items and ice packs in the little freezer compartment. A couple of things needed fixing, and the maintenance man handled them. He was respectful, and Malaya stayed to make sure we felt comfortable, which we did. We chatted until everything was sorted out, then the night was quiet. Breakfast was surprisingly good, and even the coffee was pretty good for me, a lucky coffee drinker. Robert in the breakfast room worked hard and was very pleasant. Thank you all, nice job. We'll be back.

The staff were nice and helpful, and the place was clean. Breakfast was modest but included, and the price felt average for the quality. The room remote seemed to need new batteries, and the only coffee was from a lobby machine that took a while to brew a cup. No big complaints.

I've stayed here for work over the past 5 months and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are very clean, and breakfast is delicious. Mr. Robert, who runs breakfast, is the best. He goes out of his way to make sure everyone is looked after in the mornings. Whenever I see him, he greets me and checks on me and the other guests.

We were driving the Natchez Trace Parkway, and this hotel was in a good spot for a road stop. The bed was comfortable, the stay was quiet despite the hotel seeming quite full, and the overall place was decent. Breakfast was good and well attended. The breakfast guy was very nice and helpful, and all the staff we met were great. I think we just got a bad room, number 101. It smelled very musty, covered by a strong perfume or spray scent. I wondered if it was a dog room, but they don't allow dogs. There was a fan in the hallway, so maybe they'd had a water issue? The room was dated, which wasn't a big deal, but the carpet needs replacing. I would have liked to run the fan, but it didn't seem to work unless the AC was on. We were tired and only there for a quick overnight, otherwise I would have asked to switch rooms. If you're sensitive to smells, you may want to check the room before settling in.

The place looks a little dated, but it was still a nice stay. Everything was clean, including the room and bathroom, and the bed was comfortable. The shower had good pressure. The employees were really friendly and helpful, and seemed to care about their work. Only thing I'd ask for is more than two towels in the bathroom. Not a big deal since the front desk will bring more. I'd stay here again when I'm back in Tupelo.
