We paid $160 for two nights, and I wouldn’t do that again. There’s no WiFi, and the only things I liked were the hot water, decent pressure, and the Taco Bell and gas station next door. The first room, supposedly non-smoking, reeked of smoke. The bathroom light had tissues stuffed around it to cover a huge cutout. At breakfast there were only bagels, waffles, cereal, and grits, and the apple juice had black stuff in it. Someone down the hall was yelling like they were dying. We had to change rooms because the front desk couldn’t reach the manager to arrange a refund so we could leave.

I’ve stayed here at least a dozen times. For such a low price, it’s hard to find a room this nice. Great value and a great location.

Fine for a quick stay. It’s a simple, clean hotel near I-20. Breakfast is what’s shown in the picture, so don’t expect scrambled eggs or bacon from some of the other photos.

I’ve stayed at Choice hotels all over the eastern US, and this is one of the better ones. My room was clean, and I had no complaints. It’s across the interstate from the Pilot where I’m working. When I arrived, Kinneri greeted me with a smile and helped print a couple of papers I needed for work. I was very pleased with my stay at this Sleep Inn.

We moved to Tuscaloosa, Alabama and picked Sleep Inn while we needed a hotel. The price was good at first, $349 a week, but during home games they charged $399 or more per night. Even after we’d been staying there, nobody offered us a deal when the rate jumped so much. I know it isn’t an extended stay, but tripling the price for a home game seems like a bad way to treat guests. Once the season ends, they may not have much business.
