The price was good, and it’s close to little shops and places to eat. The town is really pretty, too. The room was simple and mostly clean, with a mini fridge and microwave. There was a slight smell I couldn’t identify, my only complaint. The pool and jacuzzi were closed for the season. I’ll probably come back.

I emailed four times to cancel my reservation and never got a reply. I also made it clear that I did not authorize a charge to my credit card, and still heard nothing. This is incredibly unprofessional. I’ll never stay there.

My employer booked the room for me while I was working out of town. The receptionist was helpful about arranging a late arrival. The rooms are basic, but very clean, and the beds are comfortable. There’s a coffee maker, microwave, large HD screen TV, and small fridge. It’s right in the heart of Twain Harte, a lovely little town. For the price, I think it’s good value.

For $110 a night, I wasn’t expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The cabin feel was nice, the staff were friendly, and there was a good coffee maker and extra warm blankets. The room stayed toasty despite the cold, the shower was hot, and the larger TV had great channels. That bed was so comfortable. I’ll be back.

The bathroom was dirty, and the room was very old. A bar next to the hotel played loud music with heavy drums until 3 a.m., so I got no sleep all night. Don’t come here if you want to sleep. Horrible!
