Motel 6 Mesa North

For four nights, it did what I needed. The price was right, check in was easy, and the room was acceptable as long as you’re not expecting much. It’s not the Ritz and not the kind of place I’d usually book, but I have no complaints.

After driving 14 hours with my daughter, we found out the hotel we’d booked had canceled on us. We were getting ready to sleep in the car, and had already spent over two hours talking to people who weren’t willing to help. Then the woman who answered the phone at this Motel 6 went out of her way to find us a clean, comfortable room at 4 am. We’re forever grateful to her.

From making the reservation online to getting the key from the kind, wonderful woman at the desk, everything was better than I expected from a motel. The room was clean and quiet, and I wasn’t bothered by anyone upstairs or next door. Nobody was going in and out of rooms at night, and I could park right outside mine. I was very happy with my stay. I’ll be back in Arizona in a few months and will book here again.

I’ve been here for the last week, and the staff have all been amazing. The rooms are really clean and comfortable. Given my situation, they’ve been patient and worked with me. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would come back. The young women were so sweet, especially one young Hispanic woman who was very kind and patient.
