Blue Sky Resort

We have two dogs and three kids under five in one of the two-bedroom units. The window ACs do a good job of cooling the small space, especially for sleeping at night. This place works well as temporary housing while waiting for base housing to come through. Units are furnished, there's a pool and on-site laundry, and rent is month to month with utilities included. Pets are allowed, and the pet fee is less than half of what we've paid elsewhere.

Christy, the manager, is warm, friendly, and genuinely cares about the renters. She's extremely responsive and available, and her leadership makes Blue Skies feel like a welcoming small-town community. Nick handles maintenance competently, and I'd feel safe having him fix anything in my home at any time. My place was clean and had a brand new, very comfortable queen bed. The grounds are clean too, and I've never heard a dog barking while walking through the neighborhood. It's quiet even though I was near the popular pool, and there's laundry on site. The laundry costs about what the base laundromat does, but it's much more convenient. The location is very convenient for the base, and pets are allowed, which few places offer. Monthly rentals have a lower deposit than other places, and the organization supports military members and veterans, so ask about that rate. Prices are the best around and include electricity, cable, wifi, water, trash, and more. I stayed about two months and would have stayed longer if I hadn't been transferred. This is an outstanding option for military members and base contractors: affordable, convenient, clean, and pet friendly. Did I mention the manager is available 24/7? You'll be happy you asked about it.

This was our second time here, and the cottage suited our needs really well. Families can bring their pets, and there's laundry on site. The pool room has a pool table and other things to keep both kids and adults entertained. I hope Blue Sky Resort can be a home away from home when you need to leave yours.

Utilities are included, pets are welcome, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There's a pool with toys the kids can use, plus a rec room with games and a few toys to borrow. It's an affordable, excellent choice for military families waiting for base housing. I highly recommend it.
