For $2.50 more per night, the well-known chain hotel across town offers a better location, free coffee, several towels, and roughly twice the value. I’d pay the extra. Here, the sink was nearly unusable from a clog, water leaked in from the bathroom above, and loud, obnoxious people were hanging around. Service was hard to get at times, not a single towel was provided, and some staff were unpleasant or rude.

This place is safe, clean, and comfortable, and the maintenance staff keep it in good shape. But be ready for frequent inspections and poor communication from management. We got different answers from different staff about inspection results and what would happen next. A few times, when we weren’t perfect, we were told to pick up crumbs and that they’d return the next day. They never did. Then one day, we were told to leave by 6 p.m. that same day. They had recorded the room as unclean and issued a warning, but had no intention of noting that we’d cleaned it. We were left out on the street. You may feel safe here, but expect to scrub constantly and keep very few belongings in your room.

We were in Twin Falls for a few days after moving, and this was our first hotel. The room was large and had a great fridge, though it didn’t have the kitchenette we wanted. I liked having a door that opened outside. It was calm and quiet, felt homey, and seemed secluded even though it’s just off the main road.

The staff were wonderful and so helpful with my 74-year-old mama. My room was spotless, and it was quieter than most extended stay motels. There didn’t seem to be much traffic coming and going, either. We had a great time, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.
