La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Twin Falls

We’ve been here several times over the past few years. The rooms are comfortable, and after a long day of driving it’s useful to have Costco nearby for gas and Walmart for dinner options. They now charge a pet fee, though it’s lower than some hotel chains. Our dog was quiet and well behaved all night, unlike the children running along the halls and calling to each other at midnight. There were bits of food and snacks in the room corners and under the beds, which my dog sniffed out. I had to inspect the room carefully and pick up the crumbs so he wouldn’t get sick.

The hotel was very clean throughout, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The manager on duty on the evening of December 4th was especially kind and understanding about our late arrival and the weather problems we faced. I highly recommend it.

We stopped here on a long road trip without much planning, and it turned out terrific. The rooms were large and clean, and breakfast was good. The gym was nicer than I expected, and the pool looked good too. Highly recommend.

The rooms were well kept, and breakfast was great with lots of choices. The hotel itself was good, but the staff interactions were frustrating. When we arrived around 7 in the evening, Charity welcomed us. After unpacking, I called the desk around 8:30 to ask about a crib or pack n play. The front desk woman, “Sparkle,” was rude and said they didn’t carry them. The next night, the front desk guy didn’t seem to know what he was doing and wasn’t helpful when someone was trying to get into their room because of a key card problem. My fiancé also called to ask about a pack n play, since the website says they have them. He said yes, but couldn’t tell us where they were kept. The hotel was great, but the employees were lazy.
