We'd just come over from the H almost next door, where the remodeled room wasn't nearly as nice. Here, our room was newly updated and super comfortable, and the heat and AC both worked perfectly. The heated pool and hot tub were great, too. Staff were friendly and really accommodating. Breakfast leaned heavily on carbs, though, and scrambled eggs showed up on just one day. We'd stay here again and recommend it.

The manager welcomed us warmly and put out a fantastic hot breakfast. We were traveling south along the Mississippi River road with our beloved pet, and this place felt quiet, clean, fresh, and welcoming. It's only a few blocks from the river, though there's no direct river view. The comfort more than made up for that, and we'd definitely stay again if our travels bring us this way.

The bed was comfy, the linens clean, and the room and hallways had been updated. We got a room with a Jacuzzi, but its jets didn't work and it could have used a better cleaning. Still, it was a pleasant stay :)

The breakfast was a joke, with barely anything good to eat, and the hot tub was freezing. At the desk, the staff were hard to understand. When we arrived, they also tried to charge an extra $15 per kid to use the pool because we had friends with us. We later called the people running the hotel, and they said we could swim for free.

We only needed one more hour, but noon wasn't even an option in the app. The choices were the regular 11:00 checkout, or 1:00 or 2:00 p.m. for $25 or $50. I'd asked at the front desk when we arrived around 1:00 a.m. the night before, and she said late checkout was no problem. Mildly rude and a bit inconvenient. Maybe there's a mistake in the new process?
