The community gym is in a really poor state, and it’s demotivating for residents to use it. The mats are dirty and torn, the treadmills don’t work, and the middle one makes odd noises with a torn track. The medicine balls are broken, the bench is unstable and broken, and used napkins are lying on the floor. That bench is also a safety concern. It doesn’t look as though the facility is cleaned even every other day, much less daily. Basic maintenance seems absent. Children also appear to be able to enter and play with the equipment without supervision, causing damage, messy floors, and disturbance to other residents. As a shared space, the gym should at least be cleaned daily and properly maintained. I hope management sees this and takes immediate steps to clean and repair it.
