We were about 15 minutes from Busch gardens, with shops and plenty of places to eat nearby. Check-in through check-out went smoothly, and Bert was so friendly that we felt right at home. Our room had two queen beds and a pullout sofa, and the bathroom was clean and nice. The kids loved the pool and the ice cream served from 8 to 10 in the evening, especially after a long, hot day at the park. Breakfast was hot and fresh, and we enjoyed having outdoor seating. The general manager stopped by to check on us, and we had a great chat. His pride in the hotel really shows. This will be our go-to place in the area. Thanks for a great stay.

The hotel was quiet and very clean, and the grounds were immaculate. It was also convenient for shopping and the highway. James greeted us with a smile at check-in, and we slept well. Breakfast was good all three mornings, and everyone in our group loved the evening ice cream. We also enjoyed meeting George, the manager, at breakfast. I’m glad they partner with Busch Gardens, because that’s how we found this gem.

The free ice cream from 8 to 10 p.m. was a fun extra and really made the place memorable. Keegan and Burt were fantastic at check-in and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was decent, and the free parking was a plus. The location is excellent, and it’s a great hotel overall. Just know there’s a $50 hold for incidentals. We’ll be back. Other hotels, you might want to step it up! 😆🤣

The hotel was clean, and I had no complaints about the room. There are lots of things to do nearby, and the movie theater right across the street was a bonus. I booked one night to stay near the Casino. Burt made check-in easy and explained what the property offers. They also accommodated my late check-out without any trouble, which I really appreciated. I’d happily stay here again.

We stay in hotels often for work and collect points for leisure trips, and our experience showed me that IHG properties can vary a lot. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the clean entrance and good parking. A well-dressed, friendly man greeted us and upgraded us to a suite. We’re platinum members. The common areas were very clean, and our room was spotless with a fresh smell, white sheets and duvet, and no stains. The elevator was working, though slow, with a door that stuck a bit. The coffee was delicious and breakfast hot and fresh. They offer ice cream sandwiches in the evening too, if you like that. In the morning, the well-dressed front desk staff member even came into the dining room to ask how everyone’s stay was going. I’d recommend this for one night or a week, and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks for a good night’s sleep after our cruise! 10/10.
