Veronica and Bernard at the Red Roof Inn front desk were so welcoming and friendly. They went out of their way to make us comfortable, like we were at home. The room was great, and the price was very reasonable. I had a great experience.

We had to find a room quickly after our other plans fell through, and got a superior queen suite. It was a good size with a separate bedroom, though the only bathroom was inside that bedroom. There was a funky smell when we entered. Everything looked put together, but the floor was dusty, the thermostat and microwave didn't work, the closets were dirty, and the blankets were stained. We called for clean blankets but had to go pick them up at the office. There was just one employee working and handling everything. He brought a replacement blanket and came to check the thermostat. In the end, we got another room that looked better.

My husband and I lasted ten minutes before leaving. There were bugs all over the room, on the walls, floor, and bed. It smelled like weed, and the air conditioner didn't work. The room didn't look like the online pictures. We were greeted by a marijuana smell when we first came in, but that alone wasn't a deal breaker. The staff said they couldn't control the bugs and kept our $50 deposit. I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake.

I usually don't write reviews, but this place was terrible. There are plenty more complaints I could list, but this is enough. The front desk said hot water doesn't come on until 7 a.m. The bathrooms were disgusting and smelled of urine, and the shower had lots of hair in it. They wanted $2 for each of my kids to get a tiny bowl of cereal, without milk. I registered four people, yet there were no blankets or pillows. Calling the front desk didn't work, so I had to use my own phone to ask about the water. The curtains were falling down, letting outside lights shine right in our faces at night. Doors and windows were screwed shut.
