Idle A While Cabins

The motel’s older and hasn’t had many upgrades, but our room was very clean. The kitchen had what we needed to make a good meal, and the water pressure was great. Staff were kind and accommodating, too. My husband and I were in town for the Winthrop Hot Air Balloon Stampede. There was plenty to do and see nearby, and we’d definitely come back.

I left something in my cabin by accident and only noticed once I was home. The staff were so kind and went out of their way to get it back to me quickly. Thanks, you all are awesome! The location made it easy to walk downtown for food and shops. I visited the farmer's market and found lots of handmade things and cool gems, and Winthrop is just down the road. The Twisp River and surrounding landscape are gorgeous, too. For my first stay in Twisp, the cabin was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. There were chairs out front, and a little porch with a picnic table and grill at the back. The recreation area behind the building was relaxing, with space for lawn games and hanging out. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. I loved staying here and will be back!

We booked four rooms for a nearby family get-together, and everyone was pleased. The rooms were spotless, the beds super comfortable, and the ladies who run the place were lovely, welcoming, and kind. We also walked into town several times, so the location worked perfectly.

We’ve stayed here several times, and it’s nice to see the recent improvements. The new sidewalks make it easy and safe to walk to nearby shops and restaurants, which makes staying here more enjoyable. Our cabin was cute, clean, and comfortable, and the managers were helpful and professional.
