I enjoyed the free breakfast, with egg frittatas, waffles, egg whites and cheese, all good options for a pescatarian like me. The room was nice, with a pullout couch and a kitchen equipped with a stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher. The shower got nice and steamy, and the front desk staff were great and helpful. It was my first time at this Residence Inn, and I was very pleased. I was in the area for a conference and found the location great. I also met Dale, the shuttle driver, who seemed like a nice guy, though I left too early to use the service. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were wonderful, helpful, and quick to respond to special requests. We asked for a cot for our baby and they brought one. Breakfast was great every day, with ready-made breakfast sandwiches, plenty of options for kids, and waffles we could make ourselves. I'd highly recommend this Residence Inn, especially for families.

The staff went above and beyond, and we highly recommend this Residence Inn. During the Christmas season, the employees were personable and accommodating. The van, driven by a charming driver, took us to a couple of nearby places, and they kept breakfast open later on the 25th since they knew we'd be waking up late after Christmas dinners. Sonia, the breakfast server, was very attentive.

Parking was easy for our trucks and trailers, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Our crew from J&J Lawnscapes, based in Pittsburgh, PA, stayed here while working in Virginia. The rooms were clean and comfortable for a work trip, and the staff were welcoming. We'll definitely come back next time we're in the area for a landscaping project. Justin, J&J Lawnscapes

The air conditioning was really loud, and I could hear it from other rooms, which made sleeping difficult. Even so, I'd recommend the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. Breakfast was okay, with both sweet and savory choices. Dale, the hotel driver, is the nicest person you'll ever meet.
