The front desk did nothing after I reported the problems, and at checkout, after paying over $150 a night, I was told, “You are not staying at the Marriott, you cannot expect everything to be perfect.” The bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close. The floor and carpet were dirty, like nobody had even swept, and the downstairs bathroom sink was mostly clogged and drained very slowly. The room smelled of smoke or weed. The kitchenette had no utensils, pots, or pans. The gym door wouldn't open because its lock was broken. The many one-star Google Maps reviews make it seem like Wyndham has no interest in improving anything.

The staff are top-notch. I've stayed twice, and if I owned a hotel I'd try to hire them away. This place is close to many places I need to visit, and in nice weather they're within walking distance. There's a fantastic range of places to eat nearby. Even with some recurring issues, I plan to stay here again when I'm back in the area in July. Both times, getting into my room was a hassle because I had to swipe the card several times before it worked. Although the property advertises itself as smoke-free, people were smoking right outside their rooms on both visits. The TV selection isn't great, and they should offer streaming channels so guests can sign into their own accounts. The Wi-Fi can be unreliable too.

I won't stay at this location again. The eggs and sausage at breakfast were undercooked, and the breakfast overall was subpar. I was told room service only comes every four days, and that I should go to the desk if I needed towels. But when I went down, the front desk person said I had to reserve them, which wasn't what I'd been told. He offered more towels if I brought the ones I had down myself, like I was supposed to do their job. I wasn't happy with how I was treated. The next night, I found tiny ants and asked to move rooms.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the amenities and location worked perfectly for what I needed. The staff were warm, attentive, and quick to help. Check-in and checkout both went smoothly, and throughout my stay I felt welcome and cared for. I had a wonderful time here and would happily return. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay.

Management was rude, even though the staff member at the front desk was nice. I booked two nights in January, but the old, outdated room wasn't what I expected. The TV had no sound and one of the beds was broken. My two-year-old got sick that night, so I left after just one night. At checkout, I told the front desk my daughter had thrown up on the sheets. He said it was no problem and checked me out. Then on Monday I saw a $600 charge. I was meant to pay a $50 deposit, but they charged $300, plus another $300 for the sheets because management said they'd had to throw them away. My daughter threw up milk, and since when do plain white sheets cost $300? Management told me that when I checked in, I'd authorized them to charge my card for whatever they wanted. I hadn't, and the paper I signed didn't say that. I disputed the charges with my bank and won.
