On my earlier stay on 5/17/26, the late-night check-in was quick and the front desk employee was kind and professional. That made us want to come back. When I returned on 5/21/26 needing a couple of rooms without a reservation, there was nobody at the desk at first. A man who seemed more like a maintenance worker came out, then kept helping the person behind me even after I explained what I needed. More than 10 minutes later, he was still chatting with that guest personally. When I objected, he told me I could leave if I didn't like how he ran his hotel, so I left. I found a nicer hotel for less with better service. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We checked in around 6-7 pm on may12-13, and the front desk employee was so friendly and VERY HELPFUL. Check-in was easy, and I want to thank her personally for making the stay such a good experience. Our king room with Jauzzi was really comfortable, and breakfast had both hot and cold options: bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles, cearal, toast, bagels, and more. A wonderful place to stay.

If we're ever back in that area, we'll absolutely stay again. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable, and we were pleased with the stay. Breakfast was really great too, so thanks to the cooks. Dan deserves a RAISE!!!!! My husband and I travel alot, and he was the absolute best!!

The location worked perfectly for my daughter's gymnastics meet in Farmington, with easy highway access and a Starbucks just across the way. There's not much right around the hotel, and it's in a funny spot, but the surrounding hills are lovely. The train behind the hotel was charming, not intrusive. We only heard it once during the day. The rooms aren't newly updated, but they're comfortable and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was surprisingly good. It's about halfway between Salt Lake City and the adorable town of Ogden.

I run a non-profit agency in the area and frequently stay at the Best Western Plus Canyon Pines. Over the years, the administration has supported our work and generously accommodated us at the hotel. The location is perfect, customer service is top-notch, and the room and overall experience were beyond our expectations. I can definitely recommend this Best Western to anybody in the area. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
