Days Inn by Wyndham Ukiah

This was the best-quality Days Inn I’ve ever stayed at. The king bed was super comfortable, everything was spotless, and the front desk person was friendly and efficient. The location is so convenient, about two minutes off the highway and a minute from in and out burger, mcdonald’s, and gas stations. Spectacular stay!

I spent almost two months at Days Inn Ukiah while checking out the area because I’m relocating. The location gave me plenty of chances to look around Ukiah, and everyone was helpful, from the office staff to the Maids and Maintenance. Unfortunately, the area is so overpopulated that I couldn’t find a decent apartment or buy a home. I highly recommend staying here.

I can’t say enough about how dirty this room was. It had holes in the lampshade, a red liquid splattered on the artwork, scratches on every piece of furniture, and visible dirt everywhere. The plumbing looked badly repaired, with exposed pipes and cracked caulking, and the water wouldn’t switch from the faucet to the showerhead. The walls had cracking plaster and missing chunks. Even though we were told it was non-smoking, the room reeked of cigarettes. It felt like an older or lower-ranking hotel had been bought, quickly painted, and left at that. Definitely not a three-star place. Calling it disappointing is an understatement, I’d rate it 1.5 stars.

The room was beautiful and very clean, and breakfast was small but nice. I came back here while on vacation because it’s much nicer than the other options up in Willits.
