Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ukiah

Breakfast was really good, with biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes, and even great coffee. The room was large, modern, and very clean, and the staff and amenities were both A+. It’s a quiet place overall. I’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it.

Costco is right across the street if you need to grab a quick dinner. The hotel is well maintained, and the staff welcomed us with cookies when we arrived. The bed was comfortable, though I’d have liked the pillows to be a bit firmer. The shower had shampoo and conditioner, good pressure, and kept water inside so the floor and your feet weren’t left soaked. The window shades blocked the light completely. I didn’t use the gym, but it looked nice.

The rooms were updated and comfortable, and everything felt super clean. The staff were friendly, and breakfast and car charging were free. It was better than I expected, and I’d definitely come back.

Thomas at the front desk was thoughtful and kind when I arrived late after a terrible Air BNB experience. He listened and helped me feel comfortable while checking in and getting a room for the night. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I’m in this area often and plan to return.
