I booked the night before my trip, and check-in was easy. There's a perfume smell as soon as you enter. The rooms are oddly huge and feel empty, and the bathtub was probably the biggest I've seen in a standard hotel room. The door has a deadbolt and an old-fashioned chain. Highway 101 makes it a little noisy, but I was tired enough to sleep through it. Around 6:30 am things got going, and I couldn't fall back asleep, so I went for breakfast. I saw one banana, some bagels, a waffle in the case, dry cereal, and juice. I didn't see any milk, and since I'm watching carbs I skipped breakfast. The shower pressure is intense, while the towels are very rough, not soft at all, and I found a long hair on them. It wasn't a bad stay, just don't expect anything special. I'd stay again if I were passing through.

I was on a long US road trip, and this location was convenient. The accommodations are basic. What I really needed during my stay was an EV charger. I saw a few other EVs on the property before checkout, and spoke with a Tesla driver who said he would've plugged in if charging were available. Instead, you have to go down the road and wait 40+ minutes at a supercharger to get only up to 80%, rather than charge overnight to 100% while you sleep. Few nearby hotels had EV chargers, so adding them could set this place apart and bring in more nightly bookings. I strongly recommend contacting Pangea Charging if the hotel decides to install them.

I stay here often. The price is great for the area, the rooms are clean and well maintained, and the staff are polite and very helpful. Thank goodness, no bed bugs or roaches. It's a great place to build up loyalty points.

At $87.00 with all taxes included, this was a great bargain. The room was large, though it could use more furniture. The bed was comfortable and clean, and highway noise wasn't a problem. The TV could be bigger. They advertised a coffee maker, but I couldn't find one. That's not a deal breaker since breakfast starts at 6:00 am. The cancellation policy was the best.
