Liz from the booking team went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly, even handing out welcome bags as guests checked in. We used Hyatt Mohegan Sun for our wedding room block, and the team made the whole process easy. They communicated well, helped with the bookings, and offered fair prices. Our guests were comfortable there. It was a really positive experience, thanks!

The price was far too high for the condition of this place, and the breakfast was well below what I expect at a Hyatt. The hallways smelled strongly of smoke, and the whole property seemed dirty and poorly maintained. We had one night here, and the first room had sheets that obviously hadn’t been cleaned. After we reported it, they moved us, but the second room had a hole in the wall, blinds that were damaged and wouldn’t adjust, and a dirty bathroom. There was hair in the tub and what looked like fecal matter on the toilet lid. As a Hyatt member, this was one of my worst stays. It felt more like a Motel 6, and should have been priced that way. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We’ll be back. It’s close to Mohegan Sun, with a good breakfast and plenty of choices. The front desk and hospitality staff were helpful, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and not expensive.

The rooms are really clean and feel almost like small apartments, with roomy closets and big-screen TVs. Prices start at 99 and can go to $200 and up depending on the room size and how many people are staying. The casino is very close, about a mile away. Check which ice machines are working, since some are on the second and fourth floors. I checked after checking in to be sure. One thing to know is the water bottle left by the bed costs five dollars if you drink it. It’s handy to have water there without getting up to go find some.

There’s plenty of parking, plus a supermarket across the street, a nearby gas station, and a 7/11 down the road. The hotel is very close to Mohegan sun casino and offers shuttle rides both ways until 1am. My one-night stay was reasonably priced, and the place was pretty clean with staff available if you need anything. Check-in at 4pm was quick and easy, and check-out is at 11am. They have free breakfast, which was worth it and pretty good for a hotel. On Saturday it stays open until 11am. There’s also a pool, though I didn’t stay long enough to use it. If you’re looking for a hotel near the casino, this one works well.
