Fresh paint and decor make it look okay at first, but there’s mold in the bathroom and the room extras end with the sheets and bedding. No soap, coffee mug, or Gideon's Bible. They advertise free breakfast but there isn’t even coffee, and management isn’t friendly. There is a vending machine, though 🤷🏾‍♀️

We couldn’t keep driving after coming from Lancaster, PA, so we pulled in around 3:30 a.m. The room smelled awful as soon as we entered, and the walls and floors were filthy. We went back to the desk and the clerk offered two other rooms, but both were even worse. Then the woman at the desk kept saying she’d seen me there before. She hadn’t, we’d never been there in our lives. The whole thing felt shady and uncomfortable. It’s a dump, more like a trap house than a hotel. They wouldn’t refund us, and we’re still trying to get our money back. We drove to the next exit and stayed elsewhere. This was this past Thursday. This place needs to be shut down.

I have Diamond status with Choice and usually get one of the best rooms when I check in. I don’t know how this room was considered available to anyone. It was filthy and felt unsafe, both for security and electrical reasons. The room looked nothing like the photos, and they’d put smoking-room linens in a nonsmoking room. The bathroom LED lights kept flickering on and off for minutes, so my shower was dark about 90% of the time. When I complained, the front desk person had no service skills and couldn’t do anything. Avoid this property. There are plenty of other places.

The only decent thing was that the shower had hot water. The rooms seem to have been remodeled with a landlord special, there was no safety latch on my door, and they didn’t offer breakfast. I had to stay because it was the closest motel that allowed truck parking, then they woke me up to move my truck somewhere else. Customer service was terrible.
