Housekeeping started vacuuming right outside our door at 7:30 in the morning. After about 15 minutes, my husband asked if the worker could stop. He said my husband couldn’t tell him what to do because it was his job and he did it every day. My husband said 7:30 was early and we were still asleep. That was a rough start to the day. Parking was also a problem: despite the website saying bus and truck parking was available, we were told to leave our Ford f250 and 24' trailer on the road in front of the hotel, even though the lot was nearly empty. We did, but it wasn’t ideal.

The room was clean, and I liked the short hallway separating the closet and bathroom from the bed. The staff were nice, and the rate was good for the lodging. Just know that food deliveries aren’t allowed up to the rooms. I stayed one night for work and would come back.

Chloe at the front desk made a stressful situation with my sister much easier. She listened, stayed patient, and was genuinely understanding and helpful the whole time. I felt heard, and she handled everything with kindness and professionalism. It’s rare to get that level of compassionate service, and I’m very grateful for the way Chloe went out of her way to help. She’s a real asset to the hotel.

We had clean rooms, a great location, and great staff. I’d recommend this hotel and plan to come back.

Discovery Park is right next door, and local restaurants are convenient too. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was free. I’d definitely stay here again.
