We declined both rooms we were shown because they were filthy. The first was called an upgrade, but the bedspread had a brown streak and the room smelled terrible. The next had torn carpet with a nasty stain about 2 feet wide. We asked for our money back right away and were told the manager had to return first. I called several times on Monday and got hung up on; then I was told the manager was away because of an emergency and that I still couldn’t get a refund. When we called corporate to document what happened, the front desk had already claimed we’d been offered a discount, were satisfied, and would return. Now I’m having to contact my credit card company about it. The place is filthy and sleazy, so read recent reviews before going.

Andy and the rest of the staff were very accommodating during our great stay. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was provided in the morning, and there was a free shuttle to the airport. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in town.

I regret staying here for four nights. I saw three cockroaches in my room, the towels were torn, and there was no free drinking water to refill bottles except during breakfast. The food was so bad that other guests complained too. Hygiene was poor, and I got sick. It was much worse in person than the listing suggested, and the neighborhood was really bad.

The room was filthy and stank, with pee stains on the cover, hair in the tub, and a floor that hadn’t been vacuumed. The staff were rude. I went down to ask for a refund and was told it had to be sent to the manager for approval instead of being processed. They directed me to contact Choice, even though I paid at the hotel. When I asked how long a refund would take, all they could say was, “I don’t know.” Do not stay here.
