The front desk worker, Tanyla, was so attentive, helpful, and polite when I stopped for the night. We had a lovely conversation while checking in. She deserves a raise for sure. The hotel itself is clean, beautiful, and very safe, with excellent rates. If you need somewhere to stay around Union City, TN, this is the place.

A really nice, quiet hotel, and we'd definitely recommend it for anyone traveling through the area. The breakfast area was spotless, well stocked, and had a good selection. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows weren't. Most of the outlets in our room didn't work, but that was okay.

I'm still here as I write this, and I have nothing but good things to say. The staff have been polite and welcoming, and my dog and I were put in the pet room. It was as clean as you'd reasonably hope for a room where pets stay. Breakfast was the usual hotel spread, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, eggs, and so on. It might be rated two stars, but the experience feels like five to me. Great bargain for the money. Honestly, they do better than some three- or four-star hotels. I'd recommend it.

The rooms are clean, the breakfast choices are really good, and the staff are warm and friendly. I usually struggle to sleep on hotel beds, but this bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep fast. Loved staying here.

Most places nearby wouldn't let me check in until 3pm, even though I was on a very long trip and planned to be gone well before noon, let alone 3. I called here, and they kindly agreed to let me book a room and stay at 3am. I'm very grateful, since otherwise I would have had to drive another 10 hours straight.
