Fairfield By Marriott Inn & Suites Union

The location was really good, with a Wawa convenience store and Popeyes right in the property’s parking lot. The surrounding area was clean and quiet. My bed was clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional and efficient. Room 404 did have a wet patch of carpet under the cooling unit, and the only two USB ports, in the nightstand between the beds, didn’t work. The hotel is barely a year old, but the interior already looked older because it hadn’t been cleaned carefully. The gym is small, with two good treadmills, two ellipticals, a few dumbbells up to 50 lbs, and one bench.

Ms. Dalia at reception made my stay pleasant and memorable. She was warm, charismatic, and attentive, and handled my room upgrade smoothly. When I had a concern, she was very kind. From the moment I arrived at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott, she was welcoming, professional, and cordial. It’s rare to meet someone both so personable and professional. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again.

It was a quiet, relaxing stay, exactly what we needed, and I’d definitely come back. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the hotel was spotless and very well maintained. Everything from the rooms to the common areas was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time. The staff were very kind and welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Our room was spacious, clean, and well organized. We’d definitely come back.
