Super 8 Union

We stayed for seven days while our home was being renovated, and having the ADA room my wife needed was a big help. Shopping and restaurants were nearby, and the hotel was pet friendly. Our dog stayed with us for two nights, then spent the rest of the time with family. Thanks Bob/Sam. The place was pretty clean, the pool looked clean though we didn't use it, and breakfast was a light spread of cereal, toast, oatmeal, fresh fruit, waffles, and two kinds of juice. Coffee was available around the clock in the breakfast area or lobby. Most of all, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, often checking if they could do anything for us. Nice job, folks!

I've stayed at plenty of Super Eight properties over the years, and this was one of the cleanest in a long time. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Thanks to them and management, I'll stay here again when I'm passing through.

We were traveling across the country for work, and being packed into a truck all the time gets tiring. Before checking in, we picked up food at the nearby McDonald's and parked beside the building to eat for a few minutes. Employees were outside smoking and talking trash the whole time. A short woman and a very tall man seemed to be judging us for eating and taking a breather before check-in. I don't know if the area brings a lot of riff-raff to the property, but employees should treat people respectfully and make them feel welcome, especially when they're clearly traveling and could be potential customers. We finished our meal and went elsewhere to find a welcoming place.

Decent price, but the room was so loud that the discount wasn't worth it. People were talking in the hall around 4:45, the fire alarm went off at 6:40, and housekeeping opened the door without warning at 9. Midnight to 4:45 was great, though.
