Two cancelled flights meant we got to use the free shuttle, which was very convenient. Both drivers were excellent and clearly careful about safety. The front desk staff also managed to put us back in the same room we'd checked out of just a couple of hours earlier. Breakfast and dinner were both great, with a nice variety, and shopping and restaurants are only an exit or two away. We've stayed here several times because it's reliably comfortable and clean, and returning guests are recognized. We travel frequently around the world and really value clean rooms and bedding. Thanks for looking after us and keeping up the comfort, cleanliness, and reliability.
10/10
We had a small issue, but management noticed it and moved quickly to fix it. The staff were upbeat and very friendly. The rooms and the rest of the hotel were clean, and the bar and fireplace in the lobby made a nice place to unwind for the evening. It's also close to the airport, with parking packages and an airport shuttle.
10/10
Flying out on Christmas morning made the location near the airport ideal, and the shuttle driver was very friendly. The room was nice and clean, and I was grateful for the body wash and shampoo. The only letdown was the hot tub: its jets weren't working right and had hardly any pressure.
4/10
We were cold in the room because there was no heat, and the fridge didn't work. We were also charged for the water bottles in the room for coffee. The buffet wasn't worth paying for and should be included in the price, and the hot tub barely worked. Housekeeping staff were very rude.
10/10
The dining room and lobby were especially impressive. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond. Nicest hotel I've ever visited.
