Towneplace Suites Columbus North - Osu

The problems started as soon as I arrived. The front desk employee seemed in no condition to work, forgot to charge me for the room, and made check-in far more difficult than necessary. The next morning, the manager called and was unbelievably rude. I said I couldn't access my cards until noon because I was at an event, and that I'd call back to pay. Rather than handle it professionally, she threatened to put me on a “do not rent” list over her staff's mistake. I paid, but then had to contact them several times just to get a basic confirmation email. The whole stay was stressful and completely unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Giselle at reception made this the most memorable stay we've had anywhere in the US. I've visited about 28 states so far. We just had the best week at the Townehouse suited Marriott OSU.

We were glad we tried TownePlace Suites here in Columbus, OH for the first time. My partner and I travel around the world, and we have nothing but positive things to say. Our suite was extremely clean and close to an ice machine and laundry room. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, and there's free parking on site. We could walk to lots of cool restaurants and sights. Towne’s continental breakfast was tasty and convenient, and having checkout at noon was a nice bonus. We highly recommend it. Thanks, all!

We love staying here when we visit our Buckeye. Upper Arlington from location makes it easy to walk to dining, and the university is still close by.
