Modern, fresh rooms and lobby, and it was quiet during my stay. The price was reasonable, and the hotel is close to a main interstate. I'd happily stay again.

The staff were really friendly, and breakfast was decent. Even though the hotel is by the interstate, we couldn't hear the traffic. There are places to eat nearby, and Hyvee is just down the street. The room was very clean and nice, and I'd stay again.

The clean room had a nice bed, bathroom, and kitchen area, though the temperature control seemed to swing between too hot and too cold. It could just have been me, so I'm not counting that against the hotel. Breakfast was disappointing, and all four of us felt the same way. One of our rooms also wasn't ready at check-in. The little market was poorly stocked. On our first night I saw eight water bottles and took four, as did a couple of my colleagues. By the last night there was none left, and staff neither refilled it nor knew when it would be restocked. That was surprising. Details like this are what make a hotel stand out from others.

This new hotel is really convenient to the interstate, and the staff are very friendly. Our room was spacious, well equipped, and nicely furnished. Breakfast comes with the stay and was pretty decent. We were only there for one night, but it would work well for a longer visit too.
